ERP Business & Functional Analyst - Remote

Permanent position – 100% remote work available – French Mandatory

We represent a growing Québec-based financial services company undergoing a major digital transformation.
To strengthen its operations and technological capabilities, the company is seeking an experienced Business and Functional Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, agile, and evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Contact Center) and its integration with Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Participate in functional design and documentation using Confluence.
• Work closely with architects and developers to ensure solution alignment and quality.
• Prepare and execute functional tests, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in the migration of the on-premise CRM to the cloud (Dynamics 365 Cloud) within an agile team environment.
• Manage quality control, incident tracking, and reporting through Jira.

Profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, ideally within a digital transformation, CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 context.
• Strong ability to bridge business needs with technology — a hybrid, analytical, and solution-oriented profile.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and structured functional documentation.
• Skilled in workshop facilitation, user story writing, and cross-functional communication.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge or interest in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written); functional English is an asset.
