Your job
- Ensure that systems are production-ready, including monitoring, alerting, and support mechanisms.
- Contribute actively to incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide and support delivery teams as a designer, fostering technical excellence.
- Collaborate with asset managers, product owners, and business analysts to understand needs and translate them into robust technological solutions.
- Design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives in an Agile framework.
- Influence organizational practices by leveraging deep expertise in reliability, cloud computing, and operational excellence.

Within the Train Digital & Trading team, you will be part of a multidisciplinary group recognized for its expertise, reliability, and operational excellence. Prerequisites
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in API design, Java (Spring), and web development (React or Angular).
- Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm).
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of databases (MongoDB, Redis, SQL) and monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security tools (SonarQube, Snyk, Vault).
- Knowledge of customer identity and access management (CIAM), digital domains, and solutions like Okta. (Asset)
