Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Application Support Consultant to set up and configure an Azure DevOps environment for the Electronic Health Record Platform (EHRP) Project.

Background:

After a review and analysis of the available tools to manage requirements that also supports Agile Methodologies, the EHRP PMO and the EHRP Requirements Manager has selected Azure DevOps as the preferred solution that will provide the traceability and reporting that will successfully deliver EHPR Capability to the department.

Tasks:

• Set up and configure the EHRP Azure DevOps instance to support requirements management, traceability, and project reporting
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional system requirements to guide development.
• Develop and maintain workflow templates and work item configurations within Azure DevOps.
• Support the delivery of the EHRP Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and continuous capability releases.
• Produce technical and security documentation (e.g., system design specs, ConOps, DNDAF diagrams).
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and security teams to align DevOps configuration with project objectives.
• Provide dashboards and progress reporting aligned with EHRP Contract Performance Management KPIs.
• Advise the PMO and Requirements Manager on risks, technical solutions, and improvement opportunities.
• Transfer knowledge and train personnel to ensure continuity post-contract.

Must Haves:

• Solution development of Azure DevOps - 5+ years
• Secret clearance
