Our valued public sector client is hiring a Intermediate Project Administrator to support with Records Management Systems Administration.


Background:


The resource will perform tasks in support of the organization and its government of Canada departments clients. The resource must apply relevant Government of Canada policies and information as defined in applicable documents such as codes, standards, specifications, and procedures.


Tasks:


  • Manage documents in RDIMS.
  • Maintain key records tracking repositories and documents in SharePoint.
  • Monitor the Task Management key positional mailboxes.
  • Assist the Task Coordinator with calendar management.
  • Answer telephone and e-mail queries.
  • Prepare a variety of documents / correspondence for the Technical Authority’s approval.
  • Distribute approved documents / correspondence.
  • Assist in the production of Task Management Team reports.
  • Assist other members of the overarching Chief of Staff Team.
  • Prepare and submit requisitions for translation.
  • Prepare and release weekly Missing Timesheets Report.
  • Assist with the input for timesheets.
  • Prepare and distribute client satisfaction surveys.


Must Haves:


  • Project Management Support - 4+ years
  • Microsoft Office Suite - 2+ years
  • Microsoft SharePoint - 2+ years
  • Records Management = 2+ years
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Secret Clearance
