Senior CRM Application Architect – Dynamics 365 & SharePoint Integration for a Defence based Government client

On behalf of our Defence based GoC client, S.i. Systems is searching for a Senior CRM Application Architect - Dynamics 365 & SharePoint Integration for a Defence based Government client to augment an eCMS - Enterprise Case Management System in a secure government environment.

Located in the National Capital Region, this contract will be performed remotely with some onsite meetings.

Job Tasks:

Design and oversee architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premise) and its integration with supporting technologies (SharePoint, Active Directory, SMTP, SSL/TLS, etc.)

Lead CRM platform upgrade and migration initiatives (e.g., from version 8.2 to 9.1)

Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and database teams to ensure secure, scalable system performance

Provide solution design, impact analysis, and documentation for all platform changes

Deliver technical mentorship and best practices to internal development and support teams

Monitor platform performance, resolve incidents, and maintain high service availability

Experience with:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premise) architecture, customization, and plug-in development
• SharePoint 2016 integration
• SQL Server, including performance tuning and SSRS
• Active Directory, SMTP, SSL/TLS certificate configuration
