JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Health and Corporate Information Management, the incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating all activities related to the management, access, processing and retention of the Network’s administrative information. They ensure the implementation of document management policies, standards and practices, while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and organizational requirements. The incumbent plays a key role in the optimization of administrative processes, digital transformation and continuous improvement of information practices within the Network.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree in information management, administration, document management or a related field;
  • Significant experience in a management or coordination position in the field of information management, preferably in a hospital or public environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations governing information management, access to documents and protection of personal information;
  • Demonstrated ability in change management, strategic planning and team management;
  • Proficiency in IT tools and document management systems;
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Strong sense of organization, diligence and confidentiality;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
