Our client has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager to coordinate multiple AI-related projects under an AI Strategic Investment Fund (AI SIF) program.

1-year assignment - REMOTE

This is not a hands-on technical role. Instead, the PM will focus on program coordination, reporting, governance, and tracking progress across multiple AI pilots and initiatives.

The goal is to improve visibility, structure, and reporting so leadership can better track outcomes, spending, risks, and overall program success.

Must Have:

• 7+ years in Project or Program Management (senior level)
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Strong reporting, governance, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to build dashboards, trackers, and executive reports
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in universities, public sector, or research environments
• Experience with AI, innovation, or digital transformation programs
• Experience tracking KPIs, ROI, or performance metrics
• Familiarity with funding or investment programs
• Experience working with senior leadership or governance boards

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple AI pilot projects, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and overall program alignment.
• Develop and maintain program-level reporting, dashboards, and consolidated status updates for leadership and governance teams.
• Support stakeholder engagement by working with project leads, sponsors, and committees to gather inputs and ensure consistent communication.
• Track and monitor program performance, including risks, issues, progress, and financial or outcome metrics across initiatives.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting tools, and support continuous improvement of governance, tracking, and reporting processes.
