Our client is seeking Senior Change Manager who operates at both a strategic enterprise level and does the tactical delivery to support business modernization projects.


Location: Calgary, AB (Onsite, Downtown)

Term: 6-month contract with possible extension


Our enterprise Oil & Gas client is undergoing a major business modernization program, transforming how people, processes, and technology operate across both field and corporate environments.


They are seeking a hands-on Senior Change Manager who can operate at both the strategic enterprise level and the tactical delivery level - planning organizational change across multiple business functions and then executing detailed change plans that drive adoption and measurable results.


The first key assignment will focus on HR business process modernization, supported by an SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Over time, this individual will lead change initiatives across other corporate and operational functions.


Must have:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management within large, complex organizations
  • Proven ability to develop enterprise-level change strategies and translate them into actionable, tactical plans
  • Demonstrated success delivering change management for business modernization or transformation programs (people, process, and technology)
  • Experience managing end-to-end change activities: stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, communications, training, and adoption measurement
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, field operations, and leadership) to align and execute change initiatives
  • Experience supporting HR transformation projects


Nice to have:

  • SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Previous exposure to Oil & Gas, energy, or other asset-intensive industries
  • Strong background in business process change and organizational readiness
  • Certification(s) such as:
  • PROSCI Change Management
  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)
  • PMP or equivalent project management training
