Senior Business Analyst with extensive M365 experience to support a Modern Desktop project for an insurance client

**Hybrid in Alberta**

Must haves:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, supporting Microsoft 365 migrations
• Direct hands-on experience supporting M365 tenant migrations or transformations (Tenant-to-tenant or legacy to M365)
• Knowledge of the M365 ecosystem: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams
• Experience with identify and access concepts including Azure AD / Entra ID and MFA (conditional access)
• Experience supporting change adoption, change impact assessments and communication plans (or toolkits for users)
• Ability to partner with OCM teams, vendors and implementation parters and business leads
• Experience leading and facilitating workshops, readiness sessions and post-mitigation feedback loops

Nice to haves:

• Certifications (any are a plus, not mandatory): Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900),CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
• Parallel migrations or phased rollouts experience

Migration experience required:

• Tenant‑to‑tenant or legacy to M365 migrations:
• Exchange (on‑prem or hosted Exchange Online)
• SharePoint (on‑prem or file shares SharePoint Online)
• OneDrive migrations
• Microsoft Teams (chat, channels, files, meetings)
• Experience gathering and documenting:
• Business impacts of M365 changes (email, collaboration, workflows)
• Data classification and retention requirements
• Concepts of Records management
• Ability to translate:
• Technical migration constraints business impacts
• Business requirements technical migration scope
