Our client is seeking a Senior Process Business Analyst to support the re-implementation of a cloud-based construction project management platform for our utilities client

This role requires you to be onsite 2 days onsite in Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Must have strong experience in requirements elicitation and management, along with deep expertise in end-to-end process management and a solid understanding of operational change management strategies and tactics.
• Proficiency with process mapping, process improvement, and process design
• Experience with project management systems, ideally within the Construction industry, and preferably with Procore

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting technology re-implementations or system upgrades
• Exposure to construction or industrial services organizations
• Understanding of change enablement and adoption practices
• Background in business process governance or PMO alignment

Responsibilities

• Document current-state project management processes across teams
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and informal workflows
• Design and standardize scalable future-state process frameworks
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across the lifecycle
• Translate business needs into structured Procore configurations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for alignment and validation
• Support adoption, training, and documentation for process rollout
