Work Location: Bloor Street - Hybrid (4 days a week in office as of Nov)


Team Size/Culture: 12 ppl

Training Period: 10 days then as needed


CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Years of Overall Experience: 2-3yrs


SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team is responsible for asset movements from our institution to other external institutions, donations processing and internal (Waterhouse - Retail) processing
  • Operations Processing Officer - Non-customer facing role.
  • Review transfer forms received and process the customer instructions within regulatory guidelines (attention to detail and accuracy is required)
  • Accurately processed transactions within established guidelines / procedures and authorized limits.
  • Participate and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Support the team by actively building operations knowledge, think critically about processes and opportunities for improvement, and share ideas.


MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • Ms office suite especially Excel ( Macros / data management )
  • Confluence
