Your job
- Promote our team's vision and capabilities across the NBC Wealth business teams
- Collaborate with Wealth Business and Operations teams to identify and prioritize manual activities to be automated
- Assess automation opportunities and be able to communicate complexity versus business value, data points, and business rules
- Document current processes and identify process improvements
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Developers to determine data requirements and create data mappings
- Work closely with Product Owners to coach and mentor citizen team members across Wealth in documenting their processes
- Participate in the design and delivery of Power Platform applications, taking on various roles such as Analyst, Scrum Master, QA Tester, and Product Owner as needed
- Set up Jira boards and lead the translation of business requirements into Epics and Stories.

Prerequisites
- BSc/BA or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field, with proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, system architecture, and business processes
- Proficiency in database programming, software development lifecycle, and experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, and experience with Wealth systems (e.g., AS400, OSS/ISM, SOMA) and Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. The knowledge of French is also mandatory.
