Omni Channel Program Manager - Connected Retail Projects - National rollout of an Omni Channel program within a recognizable brand or campaign

Our client is looking for a Program Manager to acts as a conduit to build a strategy and deliver a cross-channel implementation. This role ensures that the customer journey is delivered consistently and effectively across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to the national franchise network. You will work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage complex initiatives, and ensure progress stays on track.


Duration: 1 Year

Location: Scarborough (3 days/week onsite)


Must Have Skills:

  • Experience with Connected Retail (Omni-Channel) Journeys from inception to implementation
  • Proven experience in Strategy, Program Leadership, and Organizational Change Management and/or Business process re-engineering
  • Automotive, heavy industry, OEM or national franchise network experience preferred
  • Ability to build frameworks from a blank slate and lead through ambiguity with bold, confident decision-making
  • 10+ years comprehensive experience leading complex projects and managing programs
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to analyze change metrics
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
