Description
Our client is looking for a Program Manager to acts as a conduit to build a strategy and deliver a cross-channel implementation. This role ensures that the customer journey is delivered consistently and effectively across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to the national franchise network. You will work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage complex initiatives, and ensure progress stays on track.
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Scarborough (3 days/week onsite)
Must Have Skills:
- Experience with Connected Retail (Omni-Channel) Journeys from inception to implementation
- Proven experience in Strategy, Program Leadership, and Organizational Change Management and/or Business process re-engineering
- Automotive, heavy industry, OEM or national franchise network experience preferred
- Ability to build frameworks from a blank slate and lead through ambiguity with bold, confident decision-making
- 10+ years comprehensive experience leading complex projects and managing programs
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to analyze change metrics
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)

· Uses visual tools (e.g., strategy maps, infographics) to enhance understanding.
Strategic Reporting & Presentations
· Develops high-impact decks and reports to communicate progress.
· Skilled in using tools like PowerPoint, Miro, and Tableau for storytelling.
