Intermediate Digitization Transformation Specialist - 2022-630V-025

Location: Brampton - Hybrid (2 days on site/week)

7 hours/day - 35 hours/week

This position will implement the design framework for our client’s Digitization as a Service Program (DaaS). Adhering to document management principles, this program aims to convert our client’s paper-based document into a digital or electronic format.

DaaS is the process of converting physical (paper based) documents into a digital or electronic format withe adherence to core document management principles of security.

To do this, the DTS will be involved in developing:

1. An intake process including but not limited to:

• Intake form
• Service tracking mechanism
• Service request reporting, etc.

2. Developing the process and procedures for small and medium volume batches to be digitized.

3. Developing and coordinating large volume batches to be digitized.

Must Haves:

• Possess experience and proficiency in executing information management practices and principles specific to document digitization.
• Proficient in M365 - demonstrating skill with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
• Have a University Degree/College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Management, Business or a related Discipline (Certificates required).
• Be a member in good standing of the Association of Intelligent Management (AIIM)

Certifications required - MUST provide PROOF.

• Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) Practitioner or higher Certification (AIIM)
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
• Change Management Certificate from PROSCI

Nice to have:

• Certified Information Professional
• Certified Business Analyst Professional
• Electronic Records Management Certification (Practitioner or higher).
