Target Start Date: July 2, 2025

Contract Duration: 6 months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - Mon and Tues in office

Best candidate vs Average candidate - strong project management experience, detailed oriented, stakeholder management experience, adaptability, strong experience with payment product design and ISO 8583 Payment Spec, experience with project tracking, azure and cloud experience with bilingual in Italian or French.


Job Description:

This role will oversee Application Enhancement Projects for the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) system, which handles international currency conversions through Multiple channels globally. The system integrates with Visa and Mastercard payment networks. Given the international scope, the role may require the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms, potentially in other languages.


• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.

• Oversee project staff, delegating tasks to appropriate leads.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.

• Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes.

• Conduct and monitor risk assessments, addressing issues proactively.

• Coordinate with Business Analyst, Development, QA teams to ensure defect-free products before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Facilitate UAT processes and develop rollout plans and procedures.

• Lead development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Present updates to steering committees or project sponsors.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams on medium to large-scale projects.

• Define business requirements in partnership with functional project teams.

• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.

• Plan, execute, control, and close projects in alignment with The Bank's policies and procedures.


Must haves:

• PM experience - 7+ years

• Payment Product design/build/testing/release experience - 3 years

• Good understanding of ISO 8583 Payment Spec and VISA/MC - 3 years

• Experience in transformational projects that include application and infrastructure - 3 years

• MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and excel // MS office suite - 7 years

• Project Financial tracking - 7 years

• Waterfall and agile methodology - 5+ years

• Experience with Azure and cloud - 2 years

Nice to have:

• PMP

• POS experience

• Fluent in Italian and/or French (ideally someone bilingual)
