Position Overview: Solutions Sales Professional - Azure, Azure AI, Data Analytics, & Fabric
The Microsoft Solutions Business within Compugen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Specialist to help drive our pre-sales efforts in promoting our consulting and professional services supporting Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, Data Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in achieving customers’ specific business outcomes through excellent communication skills, organizational proficiency, and a proven track record in technical sales. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and the ability to articulate the value of these solutions to current and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, implement, and manage technical solutions sales strategies related to Microsoft Azure and associated solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops through onsite and remote customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and webinars showcasing Compugen’s Microsoft Solutions Business value and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, partners, sales team, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients by staying current with industry trends, enterprise architecture, and advancements in technology.
  • Be accountable for pre-sales technical assistance and correct configuration on Microsoft Cloud & Cloud products, generating targeted customer solutions for the sales teams to meet customer needs. This includes assisting with RFP (Request for Proposals) responses.
  • Proactively demonstrate quality initiative in promoting Compugen's portfolio of professional services, products, and software when supporting all Compugen opportunities.
  • Share knowledge of the account(s) with the rest of the account team and contribute to the account planning process and opportunity review process.
  • Be responsible for knowledge transfer and act as an evangelist within the sales organization and with other technical resources (i.e. Executive Briefings)
  • Maintain a positive total customer experience (TCE) by managing new product technology introductions, escalating issues as appropriate and owning/managing issue resolution.
  • Maintain a level of technical depth in Microsoft Cloud & Cloud product/solution, converged systems, and sales plays as well as maintain and manage a competitive and appropriate level of professional competence.
  • Develop and maintain close co-operative contact with the partner pre-sales community ensuring timely information exchange and problem resolution.
  • Pursue additional certifications proactively and as required.
  • Act in a professional manner at all business-related meetings, presentations and events and be able to present with impact.
Skills & Qualifications: Required General Technical Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in Professional Services and Software Solutions consultation
  • Azure Fundamentals: AZ-900
  • Azure AI / Machine Learning / Data / Power BI / Synapsys / Fabric
  • Azure Solution Architecture
  • Microsoft Infrastructure Services
