Description
Position Title: Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid role, Tuesday and 1 Friday every month
Office Location: 81 Bay 15th Floor
Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.50 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday
Job Description:
• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
• Evaluates business processes, identifies gaps, and recommends improvements.
• Translates business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Facilitates meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Assists in testing and validating that solutions meet business objectives.
• Supports organizational change management by helping users adapt to new systems and processes.
Must have skills:
1. BSA experience - 6+ years
2. Jira and confluence - 2 years
3. You have experience working with MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint. - 5 + years
4. Experience in any case management system e.g. ServiceNow - 2 years
5. Experience working with technical teams - 5 years
Nice to have skills:
1. Banking experience
2. CIBC experience
3. Knowledge of databases - SQL
