WHAT YOU WILL DO

40% – Customer Service and Reception 35% – Operations and Transactions 25% – Reporting and Internal Coordination

  • Warmly welcome guests, anticipate their needs and thank them sincerely
  • Register arrivals and departures, reservations, modifications and cancellations
  • Assign rooms, issue keys and provide information about the hotel
  • Process monetary transactions and handle guest billing
  • Produce daily reports (arrivals, departures), identify special requests and verify report accuracy
  • Handle complaints and make appropriate decisions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow and apply all Sheraton brand policies, procedures and standards
  • Work closely with all hotel departments
  • Inform guests about local attractions, dining options and entertainment in the area
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Desired qualities:
Team spirit, organizational skills, active listening, courtesy, versatility, stress tolerance and dynamism

Experience and education:
DEP or DEC in accommodations or hospitality, a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role or in customer service.
Bilingualism in French and English is required due to regular interactions with an international clientele. Computer skills (Excel, Word). Knowledge of Lightspeed (an asset).
