Qualities: Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, team spirit, professionalism, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail
Experience and Training: Culinary DEP or equivalent training, relevant experience in a similar position (ideally in a hotel or high‑volume restaurant environment), knowledge of MAPAQ standards.
