Technical Responsibilities

  • SQL Programming

    • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts.

    • Handle database troubleshooting and ensure data integrity.

  • Python Programming

    • Create and maintain Python scripts for CRM integration and automation.

    • Troubleshoot code and collaborate with users to enhance functionality.

  • Device Management with Microsoft Intune

    • Configure and manage remote devices.

    • Monitor compliance and apply security policies.

  • API Integrations

    • Work with third-party systems through various APIs.

    • Flexibility with diverse APIs is a plus.

General Responsibilities

  • System Administration

    • Maintain servers, networks, and hybrid IT infrastructure.

    • Perform system updates, backups, and security checks.

  • User Support

    • Provide technical support in both English and French.

    • Offer training and create documentation.

  • Project Management

    • Lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors.

    • Maintain detailed project documentation.

  • On-Call Rotation

    • Be on call for one month out of two.

    • Address critical system outages (not individual user issues).

Required Skills

  • Effective Communication (FR/EN)

    • Clearly present technical information.

    • Collaborate well across departments.

  • Organizational Skills

    • Keep records of assets, licenses, and documentation organized.

    • Prioritize and manage time efficiently.

  • Self-Starter

    • Show initiative in problem-solving.

    • Stay up to date with tech trends and best practices.
