i24 CALL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is a 55-year-old, Quebec-based, award-winning company in the call management industry.

We represent a large variety of clients who require telephone answering and customer service 24/7. We support them by acting as an extension of their business.

We answer inbound calls only. We are not an outbound company.

While our head office is in Montreal, our clients are across Canada, and we even service our own industry for the French market outside the province.

We are currently expanding our marketing department, positioning the company for extensive growth in the next 5 years.

About you:

You are a hands-on, innovative, talented individual who works well with others. You are strategic, forward-thinking, creative, solutions-oriented, and you come to work with a smile and an attitude of collaboration.

You are detail-oriented but capable of looking at the big picture and can easily switch from one to the other with ease. You have high standards and work hard to maintain them. You are a stickler for deadlines.

You have a minimum of 5 years of solid work experience as a Content Marketing Strategist and can demonstrate your strong skills and knowledge which your references will validate.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and French.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing engaging and relevant B2B content across many platforms.

Your work will directly impact our brand’s visibility, audience engagement, marketing efforts and company growth. You demonstrate initiative and leadership qualities but are a strong team collaborator.

Responsibilities

  • Create and curate high-quality written, visual and multimedia content, such as, but not limited to: blog posts, social media posts, videos, reels, stories,podcast, content for our email campaigns and sales content.
  • Develop, create and maintain the content and social media calendars.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks well in search engine results.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and/or outsourcers, as needed depending upon the project and goals.
  • Assist in marketing planning and budgeting.
  • Act as a main marketing support for the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of solid experience in a similar role with proven results.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both English and French, content must be compelling.
  • Proficiency using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Experience working on email campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Understanding of brand consistency across multiple assets and channels.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Very detail-oriented, ensuring excellent organization skills and delivery of polished work.
  • Mastery over relevant tools and platforms.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility: you can pivot any strategy based on moving targets and results.
  • Ability to think in a 360 manner, always looking at the big picture.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Very collaborative, team support mindset.
