Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the Digital Marketing Performance Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Media team in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of paid marketing campaigns.

The analyst will play a key role in transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights to optimize media return on investment, maximize customer acquisition, and enhance marketing performance.

They will also be responsible for producing, maintaining, and evolving recurring and ad hoc performance reports using various data sources (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, etc.).

The selected candidate must be able to distill results into impactful, actionable insights, presented clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

Drawing on strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of media platforms, and proficiency with data visualization tools, the analyst will be responsible for:

Your Role :

  • Analyze the performance of paid media campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, Display, etc.) and provide concrete recommendations to optimize budget allocation and acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the media team and agency partners to define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and performance monitoring reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
  • Gather, merge, and analyze data from multiple sources (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Finance) to deliver a cohesive and comprehensive view of campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the automation of data pipelines via Power BI Dataflows.
  • Participate in improving marketing measurement processes and data governance, including tracking data quality monitoring.
  • Communicate data effectively at all levels of the organization.

The qualifications we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics, E-commerce, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing performance or digital media analytics
  • Strong proficiency with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and a good understanding of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, etc.)
  • Solid experience with data visualization and manipulation tools (Power BI, Power Query, advanced Excel)
  • Ability to write SQL queries (in BigQuery or another cloud-based environment)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Analytical mindset, thoroughness, autonomy, and the ability to proactively solve complex problems
  • Excellent skills in simplifying complex data and communicating clear recommendations to stakeholders
