Description
We are partnering with a leading Quebec-based company, firmly established across Canada and the United States, and experiencing continuous growth in the specialized distribution sector. With over 3,000 employees and more than 120 locations, the company is making significant investments in its digital transformation and in optimizing its ERP systems and business applications.
In this context, the company is looking to hire a QA Analyst to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies that ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of internal applications and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Define quality assurance needs and design test plans/scenarios (functional, integration, regression, performance).

Execute or coordinate tests, analyze results, and document detected issues.

Collaborate with developers and analysts to reproduce, understand, and resolve defects.

Use bug tracking tools to ensure complete traceability of incidents.

Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document results.

Verify application functionality, stability, and performance before production release.

Query and validate data in SQL databases, generate reports, and extract relevant datasets.

Contribute to the setup and optimization of automated testing processes.
Profile
-
College diploma (DEC) in IT or a university degree in Computer Science.

Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally in an ERP environment (Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.).

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and bug tracking tools.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a methodical approach.

Ability to manage priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Clear communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written) to interact with users in Canada and the US.
