Description
Our client, a fast-growing Québec-based manufacturing company, is undergoing a major digital transformation to unify and modernize its management systems. In this context, we are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead several Epicor deployment initiatives across multiple sites in Québec.
Reporting to the Director of Application Systems, you will play a key role in the successful execution of digital transformation projects by ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of ERP projects (analysis, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support).

Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, integrators, and external partners.

Oversee the alignment of business process harmonization, data integration, and Epicor deployment across a multi-site environment.

Track project KPIs, identify and manage risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Document key decisions, lessons learned, and contribute to change management efforts.
Profile
-
University degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience managing large-scale ERP projects.

Solid knowledge of one or more ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Strong understanding of business processes related to manufacturing, logistics, finance, or procurement.

Comfortable working in a hybrid, multi-site, and evolving environment.

Excellent interpersonal, planning, and change management skills.

Proficiency in French (spoken and written); functional English is considered an asset.
