Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee ERP implementation projects (notably Oracle Cloud), working closely with internal teams (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity). You’ll be exposed to a multidisciplinary environment with evolving priorities, strategic challenges, and strong visibility with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major IT projects, mainly focused on ERP system implementation or evolution (ideally Oracle Cloud)

  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders from IT, HR, Finance, Architecture, and Development

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support

  • Identify and mitigate risks, while keeping budgets and timelines on track

  • Apply the right delivery approach (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on each project

  • Drive internal process improvements (documentation, governance, project delivery standards)

Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP implementation (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics…)

  • Strong skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving

  • Bilingual (French/English) with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proactive, independent, technically curious, and action-oriented

Contract Details
  • Salary: Up to $130,000 depending on experience

  • Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (start time between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.)

  • Hybrid model: 2 days/week in the office (typically Tuesday and Wednesday)

  • Benefits starting day one:
