IT Business Analyst - Guidewire

We represent a fast-growing Quebec-based company that is accelerating its digital transformation. To support its operations and strengthen its technological capabilities, the organization is looking to hire an experienced Functional Analyst who thrives in complex and rapidly evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and structure business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Analyze technical incidents, document issues, collaborate with developers, and validate fixes before production release

• Participate in basic configuration and functional testing in Guidewire

• Use tools such as Postman and SoapUI to test integration services (APIs, Web services)

• Perform basic data validation in databases using provided SQL scripts

Profile

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in a tech environment

• Hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter required); certification is an asset

• Comfortable with integration tools (Postman, SoapUI) and data formats (XML, JSON)

• Ability to read and interpret basic SQL scripts

• Bilingual (French/English) to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Canada and USA

Contract Details

• Permanent full-time position (35 hours/week)
