Your job
  • Coach and contribute to the development of team members at different seniority levels
  • Contribute to the demand management of automated tests, manual tests, analysis of changes and maintenance of existing tests
  • Work closely with business areas for automated and manual test requests on the SAP platform and ECM ecosystem
  • Actively participate in quality assurance testing
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to ensure high performance solutions, ensuring efficiency and engaging user experience
  • Manage matrix resources and ensure the implementation and maintenance of an optimal quality assurance practice
  • Value a culture of learning, team engagement, continuous improvement and recognition
  • Establish and improve the performance indicators (KPIs) and the inherent tools in order to properly understand the quality of the tests and the estimates of the team’s work.

You report to the Senior Manager, Cross-Functional, ECM and SAP. Our team stands out for its commitment to make the SAP platform and the Bank’s document management tools stable and efficient, in addition to maintaining it and evolving the tools to improve the Bank’s process performance, with the objective of generating efficiency and effectiveness.

Prerequisites
  • Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders
  • Experience in a quality lead position for multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery context
  • Experience in team coordination and delivery backlog management
  • Understanding of application development cycle, DevSecOps tools, and agile methods, Jira, SAFe for delivery and operational support
  • Proven experience in automated testing and manual testing
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks: Selenium, Postman SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Rest Assured
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Knowledge of tools such as Git/Bitbucket, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins and monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog).
