Deconstruction and Decontamination

The Project Manager manages deconstruction and decontamination, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality. They act as the company’s representative to clients and coordinate the necessary resources at each stage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or a relevant field. Significant experience in project management may replace a non-specialized degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the deconstruction, decontamination, or civil engineering sector.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of deconstruction and decontamination techniques and processes. Experience in large-scale project management would be an asset.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (Adobe, Planswift, etc.).
- Certifications: ASP Construction certification and other relevant site safety certifications.
- Interpersonal skills: Leadership, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Languages: Fluency in French, both spoken and written. Fluency in English is an asset.
