HR Systems Administrator (processes and applications)

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent actively contributes to the continuous improvement of processes related to HR applications, adopting a client-centric and collaborative approach with the team. They analyze workflows, identify operational needs and propose solutions to optimize processes. As a subject matter expert, this person designs processes, develops the content of electronic forms and creates various HR tools. They also participate in the planning, testing and implementation of new applications, as well as updates, in collaboration with key members of the HR team, Service New Brunswick (SNB) and the iTacit company. The position also involves creating and updating procedures, guides, training materials and technical documentation. Finally, the incumbent plays an active role in various organizational projects, contributing to the evolution and effectiveness of HR practices.

 REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma in administration or computer science
  • Three to five years' experience in IT systems implementation and/or project management
  • Proven knowledge and experience in procedure development and implementation
  • Any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent may be considered
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and good decision-making skills
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to identify shortcomings, propose solutions and implement them
  • Proficiency using computer tools
  • Written and spoken proficiency in both official languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network’s management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Adherence to Vitalité Health Network’s confidentiality rules;
