Full-Cycle (360°) Recruitment
- Plan hiring needs in collaboration with managers
- Manage staffing requests and submit them for approval
- Deploy effective recruitment strategies based on position types
- Create, post, and manage job postings (job boards and company website)
- Operate and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and support managers throughout the process
- Participate in interviews and job fairs
- Manage all administrative logistics related to hiring
- Create employee profiles in the HRIS and coordinate onboarding activities
Talent Retention and Development
- Plan and oversee the onboarding and integration of new employees
- Identify training needs and support development plans
- Maintain and optimize the performance management process
- Contribute to improving attendance and performance
- Participate in the development and compliance of compensation and benefits programs
International Recruitment
- Collaborate with the agency responsible for LMIA applications
- Publish mandatory job postings (e.g., Job Bank)
- Coordinate files for temporary foreign workers
- Ensure follow-ups with Service Canada and stakeholders
- Support social and professional integration (airport welcome, temporary housing, onboarding support)
- Maintain tracking dashboards and produce required reports
- Manage renewals and annual declarations
IT Support (Employee Onboarding)
- Coordinate preparation of IT equipment for new employees
- Ensure required system access is created
- Maintain the equipment inventory and manage replacements
- Ensure employees have the software and equipment needed to perform their duties effectively
HR Administration
- Manage the HR inbox
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
- Maintain and update the HRIS
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job platforms
- Approve recruitment-related expenses
- Respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers
Profile Sought
- Diploma or certification in Human Resources
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, including recruitment
- Bilingual French/English, spoken and written (required for recruitment outside Quebec)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to lead and support interviews
- Excellent planning and communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of federal jurisdiction and applicable practices (asset)
- Experience with full-cycle (360°) recruitment
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience working with unionized employees and applying collective agreements (asset)
- Knowledge of the transportation industry (asset)
- Availability and ability to travel and attend job fairs
- Experience recruting for multiple positions
Our Employment Conditions
- Salary: To be discussed based on relevant experience
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
