Our client located in Dorval is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Relations Representative to join their dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure high-quality customer service in real time.
- Provide detailed quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and quote requests.
- Ensure precise processing to guarantee an efficient and error-free process.
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers, offering consultative solutions and personalized service.
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy at all times.
- Actively participate in internal projects as needed.
- Ensure customer data management.
- Follow, understand, and apply all procedures related to your role while staying attentive to communications from your managers.
