Responsibilities and duties:
- Oversee the operations of a high-volume store
- Recruit and train staff, and schedule work shifts
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Keep shelves well-stocked to maximize sales
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Manage inventory, sales, shrinkage, and merchandising
Job Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in retail, including two years in management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage priorities with excellent organizational skills, leadership, and customer service
- Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekendsHuman resources management skills
- Fluency in French
- Valid work permit required
- Assistant Manager: $44,000–$48,000 per year
- Manager: $50,000–$56,000 per year
