Our client, a retail giant based in Quebec, is looking for store managers and assistant store managers.

With several hundred stores across Canada, our client is a key leader in the retail industry. Due to regular store openings, we are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills and exceptional drive.

Do you have five years of experience, including two years in retail management? Are you known for your leadership, enjoy managing teams, and want to grow within a company that values its people? This store manager position is for you!

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Oversee the operations of a high-volume store
  • Recruit and train staff, and schedule work shifts
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Keep shelves well-stocked to maximize sales
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Manage inventory, sales, shrinkage, and merchandising

Job Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in retail, including two years in management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage priorities with excellent organizational skills, leadership, and customer service
  • Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekendsHuman resources management skills
  • Fluency in French
  • Valid work permit required
Salary:

  • Assistant Manager: $44,000–$48,000 per year
  • Manager: $50,000–$56,000 per year
