Sr. Advisor, Solutions Architecture, to provide ongoing direction and support across all projects and initiatives

Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Advisor, Solutions Architecture, to provide ongoing direction and support across all projects and initiatives.

Tasks include:

• Development of strategic directions for in house products, including the development/enhancement of architectural viewpoints, models, roadmaps and designs to map out and evolve components that align within the organization's enterprise architecture
• Work hand in hand with cross-functional teams to design solutions, diagrams, etc. for end-to-end architecture of products, both small and large
• Apply experience completing comprehensive business transformation and architecture assessments as well as complex reviews in support of system/infrastructure needs
• Act as a hub for a variety of ongoing projects across the organization, for example:
• On-prem/cloud adoption and/or hybrid, and oversee the chosen process for the product, developing and maintaining the co-coordination of the adoption process
• Understand and apply the organization's business, application, information (data), security, and technology/cloud domains, and the effective integrations of solutions into the broader business and IT landscape
• Define, develop, evaluate and contribute towards architecture policies, standards, guidelines, best practices and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards

Must have:

• Prior experience in Solution Architecture with demonstrated expertise in one or more architecture domains such as business, information/data, application/integration, technology/cloud, security
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
• Awareness of cybersecurity controls

Nice to have:

• Certifications in TOGAF, IASA (IT Architect) or Azure Cloud, an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or in a related field
• Bilingualism (English/French)
