Description
- Analyze business and system requirements.
- Develop technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies for the design, development, migration, and implementation of various SMI technologies, including but not limited to M365.
- Develop processes and procedures for migrating and transforming information into a new SMI environment.
- Prioritize branches, divisions and program area information subject to migration.
- Define the information architecture future state for the M365 environment.
- Investigate and recommend tool(s) to support and/or automate the new environment.
- Write reports including options analysis and recommendation
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies for the design, development, migration, and implementation based on the following platforms:
- Microsoft SharePoint on premises (2010, 2013, 2016,
2019) and/or - Open Text Content Server (all versions) and/or
- M365 SharePoint Online
- Microsoft SharePoint on premises (2010, 2013, 2016,
- three (3) enterprise-level content management projects, within the last ten (10) years of bid closing date, developing processes and procedures for migrating and transforming information into a new SMI environment based on the following platforms:
- Microsoft SharePoint on premises (2010, 2013, 2016,
2019) and/or - Open Text Content Server (all versions) and/or
- M365 SharePoint Online
- Microsoft SharePoint on premises (2010, 2013, 2016,
- Canadian Post-Secondary Degree
Nice ot Haves
- 9+ years Experience developing and presenting recommendations for alternative Systems that Manage Information (SMI) to meet the project requirements and constraints based on the following platforms:
- Microsoft SharePoint on premises (2010, 2013, 2016,
2019) and/or - Open Text Content Server (all versions) and/or
- M365 SharePoint Online
- Microsoft SharePoint on premises (2010, 2013, 2016,
- Additional points for projects (3+) referring to the SharePoint Online Platform
