Description
Our client is look for a Senior Workday HCM Business Analyst & Functional Lead responsible for partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions that improve business processes. (20027)
Must-haves:
- 5+ years Workday configuration experience across HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, and Integrations
- Hands-on Workday HCM configuration (business process frameworks, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields)
- Strong HR functional knowledge in core HR operations, payroll, talent management, and recruiting
- Business analysis experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops
- Translation of business requirements to functional/technical specifications, user stories, and system configuration
- Customer-facing stakeholder management with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT
- Process mapping and optimization (current-state / future-state analysis)
- Workday troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Integration support experience (inbound/outbound integrations, data flows, error resolution)
- Workday reporting experience (standard reports, calculated fields, dashboards)
- Experience supporting Workday enhancements and feature releases
