Our client is look for a Senior Workday HCM Business Analyst & Functional Lead responsible for partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions that improve business processes. (20027)

Must-haves:

• 5+ years Workday configuration experience across HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, and Integrations
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration (business process frameworks, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields)
• Strong HR functional knowledge in core HR operations, payroll, talent management, and recruiting
• Business analysis experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops
• Translation of business requirements to functional/technical specifications, user stories, and system configuration
• Customer-facing stakeholder management with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT
• Process mapping and optimization (current-state / future-state analysis)
• Workday troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Integration support experience (inbound/outbound integrations, data flows, error resolution)
• Workday reporting experience (standard reports, calculated fields, dashboards)
• Experience supporting Workday enhancements and feature releases
