Must Haves:
- Proven track record supporting deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting and maintaining Hyper-V infrastructure, including virtual machine management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience upgrading legacy or outdated Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2008/2012 to newer versions).
- Familiarity with proper decommissioning procedures and coordination of secure disposal processes for physical and virtual servers.
- Exposure to Azure environments, with the ability to contribute to Azure-related projects (e.g., migrations, integrations, or infrastructure build-outs).
- Ability to assist with ongoing support and operational maintenance of Hyper-V environments, including backup, patching, and resource optimization.
