Must Haves:

Proven track record supporting deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
Experience supporting and maintaining Hyper-V infrastructure, including virtual machine management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience upgrading legacy or outdated Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2008/2012 to newer versions).
Familiarity with proper decommissioning procedures and coordination of secure disposal processes for physical and virtual servers.
Exposure to Azure environments, with the ability to contribute to Azure-related projects (e.g., migrations, integrations, or infrastructure build-outs).
Ability to assist with ongoing support and operational maintenance of Hyper-V environments, including backup, patching, and resource optimization.
