Our consulting client is seeking a Senior SAP Training Specialist to deliver on‑site end‑user training and post‑go‑live hypercare support using SAP S/4HANA and Coupa in the consulting environment

This role leads instructor‑led SAP training programs focused on operational and supply‑chain‑driven processes. It operates on‑site in industrial environments, facilitating high‑volume user sessions and providing post‑implementation support. The position offers direct visibility into enterprise operations during system transition and stabilization phases.

Must Haves

  • 6+ years delivering SAP end‑user training in enterprise environments with hands‑on training delivery
  • On‑site classroom facilitation experience for 15-20 learners per session, multiple daily sessions
  • Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA and operational or supply‑chain processes, including SCM, Coupa, EAM, Warehouse Management, or FICO
  • Experience supporting post‑go‑live hypercare through floor‑walking, transactional support, and issue triage
  • Ability to create and update training materials such as PowerPoint decks and process job aids

Nice to Have

  • Experience training maintenance or plant‑based users in field operations
  • Background in mining, heavy industry, utilities, or oil & gas projects
  • Exposure to industrial safety procedures or compliance training programs
  • Understanding of enterprise SAP rollout methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor‑led, on‑site training to groups of 15-20 users per session
  • Facilitate multiple sessions per day during peak deployment phases
  • Train end users on SAP S/4HANA and Coupa focused on operational workflows
  • Create, update, and maintain training decks and job aids
  • Support end users during hypercare by floor‑walking and resolving transactional issues
  • Operate effectively in field and industrial work settings
  • Ensure consistency and quality across high‑volume training rollout
