Senior IT Operations Specialist responsible for executing end‑user device installations, moves, refreshes, and recoveries while managing the full lifecycle

Our midstream client is looking for a Senior IT Operations Specialist responsible for executing end‑user device installations, moves, refreshes, and recoveries while managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets.

Must-haves:

• 5 + years experience performing install, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities for end‑user devices
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals in an enterprise environment
• Experience executing PC refreshes, hardware swaps, and break/fix replacements
• Experience staging, imaging, configuring, and deploying end‑user devices using standard builds
• Experience supporting new‑hire onboarding and end‑user equipment provisioning
• Hands‑on experience managing the full IT asset lifecycle (receive, tag, inventory, deploy, recover, retire)
• Experience maintaining accurate asset records in an ITSM or IT asset management system
• Experience conducting inventory audits and cycle counts, including reconciling discrepancies
• Experience managing spare inventory and stockroom operations
• Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, RMAs, and vendor returns
• Demonstrated understanding of chain of custody and secure handling of IT equipment
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
• Experience with user data migration during device refreshes
• Experience following standardized IT operational and security procedures
