Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst with Redwood experience to support Oracle and WFN Payroll (ADP Workforce Now) implementation projects

Our client is looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst with Redwood experience to support Oracle and WFN Payroll implementation projects

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week at Calgary or Edmonton location.

Must haves:

• 7+ years' experience working as a Oracle Functional Analyst working in Oracle fusion, configurating Core HR, Payroll and Time systems.
• Experience with WFN(ADP Workforce Now)
• Proficient with JIRA and other DevOps tools
• Experience with MS Tool kit
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
• Must work with SaaS application vendors and their releases and support systems

Responsibilities for Redwood project:

• Turn on redwood pages and execute unit testing
• Reviewing customizations and personalization's against out of the box design
• Make configuration changes based on process design and business requirements
• Execute the change advisory processes
• Complete data validations
• Raise bugs and SR's with Oracle for resolution
• Support the change management requirements, communication and stakeholder management
• Create detailed documentation of configuration changes
• Complete operational hand off to operations team
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions of design to delivery team

Responsibilities for the WFN Project:

• Support design sessions for both UKG and Oracle Fusion related to payroll changes
• Work with implementation partner on best design based on ATCO processes
• Support unit and SIT testing
• Complete data validations for reports, system design and integrations
• Support UAT testing
• Guide change management and communication activities
