Our client is looking for a Senior OCM Lead to support strategic alignment with business stakeholders on an Intelex Health and Safety upgrade project


This roles requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edmonton offices


Must Haves:

  • 8+ years' experience as a OCM, leading large complex IT technology programs, preferably with Health and Safety
  • Prosci certification.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and strong organizational management skills.
  • Ability to lead change and program level change teams through agility in a fast faced environment
