Our client in Fort McMuarry is hiring a Radio Technician (2+ years) to support sustainment of 2-way voice radio systems

** Candidates must be local to Fort McMurray or be willing to relocate **

Must Have:

2+ years’ experience as a Radio Technician
Experience with ASTRO P25 radio systems, Kenwood, NICE and GenWatch products
Previous experience with technical troubleshooting
Previous field experience
Experience managing/directing a field support team
Ability to maintain accurate records/databases

Nice to Have:

Responsibilities:

Conduct field walks to assess and maintain radio systems and equipment.
Interact with clients and team members to understand and address their radio communication needs.
Respond to and manage email inquiries related to radio system issues and requests.
Diagnose technical problems and coordinate with the appropriate personnel to ensure timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and repair radio systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Be available for on-call duties as required to address urgent technical issues.
