Our client is looking for a Senior OCM Lead to support strategic alignment with business stakeholders on an Intelex Health and Safety upgrade project
This roles requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edmonton offices
Must Haves:
- 8+ years' experience as a OCM, leading large complex IT technology programs, preferably with Health and Safety
- Prosci certification.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong organizational management skills.
- Ability to lead change and program level change teams through agility in a fast faced environment
