Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Non-Prod Environment Coordinator with JIRA/Go Live experience to plan, schedule, track, maintain and support all non-production environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, Performance, Pre-Prod)
This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary
Must Haves:
- 8+ years' experience in QA/QC/Prod Environment Coordinator or working in Release Management, DevOps support, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) including Dev, QA, SIT, UAT, and Pre-Prod processes.
- Strong understanding of the Release Management process
- Experience in large enterprise or multi-vendor environments
- Working knowledge of:
- JIRA / GoLive (or equivalent test planning tools)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Environment configuration management
- Application/API dependencies
- Experience with environment monitoring tools such as: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.
