Our client is looking for an Intermediate M365 Project Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions.

• 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 (M365) implementation and optimization projects.
• Proven expertise with M365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience overseeing project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Ability to independently lead cross-functional project teams and manage resources effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and implementation strategies.
• Experience managing data migrations from legacy systems into M365 environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Ability to customize M365 solutions using advanced features and configurations to meet business needs.
• Strong change management skills, including planning, communication, user training, and adoption support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with adaptability in fast‑paced, changing environments.
• Experience troubleshooting M365 issues and working with technical support teams and vendors.
• Ability to document configurations, processes, project progress, and post‑implementation insights.
