Our financial services client is seeking a Senior HR Specialist, Savings Programs (Contract, 5+ years) to coordinate employee share and pension program activities

Join a project-based role supporting employee share matching initiatives within a leading banking environment. This position focuses on managing the wind-down of inactive employee ownership plan accounts, coordinating payments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The assignment offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility savings program project and complete a significant deliverable that will strengthen your portfolio.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in HR, pensions, benefits, or finance environments
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Project management and relationship management experience within multi-stakeholder settings
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities for internal and external interactions
  • University degree

Nice to Have

  • Call center experience
  • CHRP certification

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the wind-down of inactive Employee Ownership Plan accounts and ensure timelines are met
  • Conduct outreach to former plan members regarding outstanding payments and follow up on inquiries
  • Work with service providers and internal teams to resolve payment issues and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with RBW, Finance, Legal, Operations, trustees, and other partners on savings program activities
  • Assist in locating missing plan members and confirm contact information
  • Support research and data organization related to unclaimed balances and reporting
  • Track progress, maintain reporting, and escalate issues or risks when identified
