Our client is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to work on a legacy ASP.NET MVC Modernization & UI Performance Enhancement .

Must‑Haves

5+ years of front-end development experience building enterprise-grade web applications
Strong expertise with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks
Proven success modernizing legacy ASP.NET MVC (Razor) front-ends and improving server-side rendering performance
Hands-on experience integrating and consuming REST APIs, including authentication handling and error states
Deep experience optimizing large data grids/tables (e.g., DataTables) including server-side pagination, filtering, and search for datasets in the hundreds of thousands to millions
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, WCAG accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices
Ability to analyze, refactor, and modernize older UI components while maintaining compatibility with existing backend workflows
Experience in high‑integrity, data‑heavy environments (e.g., government, registries, public sector, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, backend developers, BAs, DBAs, and client SMEs
