Our client is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to work on a legacy ASP.NET MVC Modernization & UI Performance Enhancement .

Must‑Haves

• 5+ years of front-end development experience building enterprise-grade web applications
• Strong expertise with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks
• Proven success modernizing legacy ASP.NET MVC (Razor) front-ends and improving server-side rendering performance
• Hands-on experience integrating and consuming REST APIs, including authentication handling and error states
• Deep experience optimizing large data grids/tables (e.g., DataTables) including server-side pagination, filtering, and search for datasets in the hundreds of thousands to millions
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, WCAG accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices
• Ability to analyze, refactor, and modernize older UI components while maintaining compatibility with existing backend workflows
• Experience in high‑integrity, data‑heavy environments (e.g., government, registries, public sector, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, backend developers, BAs, DBAs, and client SMEs
