Job Description: The Fieldglass Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS). This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing and deploying solutions that optimize their use of contingent labor, and providing ongoing support and training.

Duration - 6 months plus extension

Work Mode - 100% remote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective Fieldglass solutions.

2. Configure the Fieldglass VMS according to clients' specifications and oversee the implementation process. Ensure the system is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to the Fieldglass platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

4. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement within their contingent labor programs and recommend Fieldglass-based solutions.

5. Design and implement custom workflows, reports, and integrations with other systems as required by clients.

6. Interpret and communicate insights from Fieldglass reporting and analytics tools to help clients make informed decisions about their contingent workforce strategies.

Must Haves

Strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass VMS - hands-on configuration, implementation, and management experience.

End-to-end implementation experience - including system setup, configuration, workflow design, reporting, and integrations.

Data migration experience - proven ability to migrate data from legacy systems to Fieldglass while ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Business analysis skills - ability to gather client requirements, translate them into system solutions, and recommend process improvements.

Integration knowledge - experience integrating Fieldglass with other systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS, ERP, payroll).

Analytical & reporting expertise - ability to design and interpret Fieldglass reports/analytics to support workforce decisions.

Client-facing consulting experience - excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build trust and deliver solutions.
